I'm Jen, a registered Dietitian with 10+ years of experience providing evidence based nutritional advice and helping clients make positive lasting changes to their diet.

I have worked across Scotland and can offer you bespoke 1:1 online nutrition counselling sessions with the aim of empowering you to take control of your diet and reach your goals.

I also have extensive experience in developing and delivering tailored nutritional training for groups and organisations and I am available for both in-person and online training sessions.
